Andrey Yuryevich Popov, a 4th-year undergraduate student at the Institute of Chemistry of St Petersburg State University (from S. N. Eliseeva's group), received an award for the best poster on October 4, 2024, at the First School-Conference of Young Scientists with International Participation "Ionic Conductors: From Modeling to Experiment." His work was dedicated to the topic "Synthesis and Study of Electrochemical Properties of Cathode Material LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 for Lithium-Ion Batteries." The award was based on voting and a 7-minute flash presentation in front of an audience, followed by a Q&A session.
The conference was held at Samara State Technical University from October 1 to October 4, 2024. The event featured modern methods of theoretical and experimental analysis of conductive properties in crystalline materials, as well as discussions on current issues related to the development of electrochemical energy storage systems.
